winners.
Surrey United
FC beat Indo FC A in the Imperial Cup Final.
Sporting Club lost to Victoria Gorge FC in the Provincial
Cup
AFC Leopards,
Sapperton Rovers A and Indo FC A were relegated to
Division 1.
Club Ireland was promoted to premier and merged with
Richmond United
Surrey United and Vancouver Firefighters merged and Serbian
White Eagles were next in line for the spot.
The league thankfully returned to a single group (of 12) for
2008-09.
