$200 per team; OR
$35 per individual

The Annual Westside Football Club Kids Help Phone Youth Soccer Jamboree is open to
U6, U7, U8, U9, and U10 Boys and Girls. Here are the details:

One Day Round Robin Tournament
Thanksgiving Saturday

Douglas Park, 801 West 22nd Ave, Vancouver

5-a-side to 7-a-side games depending on age group
4 games plus a premier skills clinic per team
Lunch break w/ discount charity concession
9 am - 1:30 pm shift / 9:45 - 2:15 shift

Register as a self contained team; or
Register as an individual player and be placed on a team coached by Westside premier player

$200 - Team Registration Fee; OR
$35 - Individual Player Registration Fee
One food bank item per player requested
Tournament T-Shirt for every player
VYSA / BCSA registered
100% volunteer operated
ALL PROCEEDS TO CHARITY
75% Kids Help Phone of Canada (founding tournament partner since 1995)
25% Westside Football Club Scholarship Trust (since 2006)

House League level tournament
Youth league play not scheduled over Thanksgiving
Ad hoc team entries (a few kids from each of a few teams) encouraged
10 - 12 kids per team recommended
Individual registrations now accepted

Westside Football Club Celebrates Its Most Charitable Youth Jamboree Ever!
The 14th Annual Westside Football Club Charity Youth Soccer Jamboree this past October 11th raised more money for charity and food for the Vancouver Food Bank than ever before as 400 boys and girls from age 8 to 10 participated in a fun day of soccer and skills clinics. The 100% volunteer operated event donates all proceeds to the Kids Help Phone and the Westside Football Club Scholarship Trust.

Thanksgiving Saturday this year was a beautiful sunny day for the 30 young teams assembled at Douglas Park. The tournament went off without a hitch, the concession was humming and the generous teams filled a mini van for the Vancouver Food Bank. The tournament raised new record profits, just shy of $5,000, three quarters of which has gone to Kids Help Phone. The remaining quarter has gone into the Westside Football Club Scholarship Trust to generate income to fund the annual Mike Pettingale Memorial Scholarship Award for grade 12 soccer players heading on to post secondary studies.
